Oseng Mercon Ati Ampela Ayam instructions
- Bersihkan hati ampela, cuci bersih. Lalu rebus, tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk & jahe. Angkat tiriskan, lalu potong².
- Tumis bumbu halus, tambahkan lengkuas, jahe, daun jeruk & serai hingga harum. Masukkan hati ampela, aduk sebentar lalu masukkan air.
- Tambahkan kaldu bubuk, gula, lada, ketumbar & cabai rawit. Aduk rata, tes rasa lalu biarkan hingga mendidih & air habis (sambil sesekali di aduk ya).
- Setelah air habis, lalu matikan api. Oseng mercon ati ampela siap di sajikan.
